Delivery info: Our floorstanding clocks are made to order and we do our utmost to dispatch them within 28 days.
Our small clocks and wall clocks we try to keep in stock and to post within 7 days.
We will of course keep you informed by e-mail of your order progress and
when we are about to dispatch, so you can use the shipping companies tracking system.
The parcel will require signing for.

Payments: We accept payment by UK cheques and all major debit/credit cards and Paypal,
using Paypals secure site.

other parties. ( in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998), If you have any questions

Returns and cancellations : Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason
you wish to return an item. You have the right to cancel an order up to 7 days from receipt
of goods by contacting us by e-mail at sales@TimeCatcherClocks.co.uk within this seven days
giving your name, address, order number and reason for return. You are responsible for returning
the goods to us at your own expense. The goods must be in their original condition and you
must take reasonable care that they are not damaged in transit. We recommend you send
them by recorded delivery. Once goods are received in good condition we will arrange a refund
within the following 14 working days.
